Vera M

Vera is 13 years old and currently in 8th grade. She started playing cello when she was 5 years old and also played clarinet for three years. She has been playing in the San Diego Youth Symphony since she was 8 years old and currently plays in Sinfonia (the second-highest level). Additionally, she plays in her middle school orchestra and attended the Idyllwild Arts Academy Summer Chamber Music Intensive and the Interlochen Center for the Arts Orchestral Program in the summer of 2022. In addition to music, Vera enjoys reading, running, coding, and Science Olympiad.
